Susy's Super Lupers

Susy Betanzos, was more than a Lupus Warrior. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and overall an amazing person.  For years she battled lupus with courage and determination to not let it limit herself or her family.  Sadly, she lost her battle last year.  

Eighteen years ago Susy created the Super Lupers Team.  Today, the Lupus Race for Life is dedicated in her memory and the Super Lupers will continue her legacy.  Susy is an extraordinary person whose memory will continue to inspire us.  She will forever remain in our hearts.
